1)      List various use of PowerPoint 2007.

Ans-> Microsoft PowerPoint is a presentation software package. PowerPoint users create and organize slides on a computer, to be printed on paper or acetate transparencies, projected directly from the computer or shared via the Internet. Users can create graphs and diagrams to which they may then add graphics and text. It also allows users to incorporate animation, audio and video elements. As well as presentations, PowerPoint can be used to make games, tutorials, animations and posters.

Presentations - You can use PowerPoint to enhance presentations. PowerPoint allows you to draw diagrams using a library of shapes and connectors.

Tutorials - PowerPoint can be used to make tutorials and worksheets for educational or training contexts.

Games - PowerPoint can be used to create games -- useful in a classroom situation with younger learners. For a quiz game, a presentation could use a set of question slides followed by the answers

Animation - You can use PowerPoint to make animations that are interesting in their own right. You can create animations from your own drawings, imported into PowerPoint; or you can animate elements from the clip art library. PowerPoint allows you to add effects, sound and music to your animation.

Posters-

Informative notices and posters can be created in PowerPoint. Clip art or custom graphics can be used to illustrate topics or give instruction. Diagrams can indicate systems or procedures that need to be followed.

Ans-> The PowerPoint Ribbon offers an Insert tab, a Home tab, a Design tab and so on. Every tab offers groups and buttons. Some PowerPoint tabs also offer galleries. Commands on each tab are organized into groups. For example, the Home tab is organized into five groups: Clipboard, Slides, Font, Paragraph, and Drawing. Group names appear below the buttons and galleries on tabs.

Groups tell you what the buttons and galleries above their names are for. On the Home tab the buttons on the Font group are for formatting text.

Most groups have group buttons to the right of group names. Move the pointer over a group button to see a description and picture of the dialog box or task pane that appears when the button is clicked.
